2. Data we collect٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

Identity and verification data (name, ID, proof of address), contact details, transaction and usage data, and device or technical data.بيانات الهوية والتحقّق (الاسم، الهوية، إثبات العنوان)، وبيانات التواصل، وبيانات المعاملات والاستخدام، وبيانات الجهاز أو البيانات التقنية.

3. Why we use it٣. أغراض الاستخدام

To provide and secure the services, verify identity, comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and other legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the service.لتقديم الخدمات وتأمينها، والتحقّق من الهوية، والامتثال لالتزامات مكافحة غسل الأموال وغيرها من الالتزامات القانونية، ومنع الاحتيال، وتحسين الخدمة.

We keep records, including AML records, for the periods required by law (certain records for at least eight years). We apply technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.نحتفظ بالسجلّات، بما فيها سجلّات مكافحة غسل الأموال، للمدد التي يفرضها القانون (بعض السجلّات لمدة لا تقل عن ثماني سنوات). ونطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية، تشمل التشفير وضوابط الوصول، لحماية بياناتك.

Subject to law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and may contact us about privacy. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we apply appropriate safeguards.
