Identity and verification data (name, ID, proof of address), contact details, transaction and usage data, and device or technical data.

To provide and secure the services, verify identity, comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and other legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

4. Legal basis

Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security and compliance.

5. Sharing

With regulators and authorities where required, with identity-verification and technology providers, and with licensed partners that deliver parts of the service, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention & security

We keep records, including AML records, for the periods required by law (certain records for at least eight years). We apply technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.

7. Your rights & contact
