1. About these terms١. حول هذه الشروط

These Terms govern your use of the WealEx website and services. By accessing the site or opening an account, you agree to them.تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع ويلكس وخدماته. بدخولك الموقع أو فتح حساب، فإنك توافق عليها.

2. Regulatory status٢. الوضع التنظيمي

WealEx is building its operations to the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework and is not yet licensed. No regulated service is offered until the required authorisations are granted. Nothing here is an offer where prohibited by law.تبني ويلكس عملياتها وفق إطار سلطة تنظيم الأصول الافتراضية في دبي (VARA) وهي غير مرخّصة بعد. لا تُقدَّم أي خدمة منظَّمة قبل الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة. لا يُعدّ أي محتوى هنا عرضاً حيثما يحظره القانون.

3. Eligibility٣. الأهلية

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter contracts, and not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction. Access may be limited by applicable law.يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل، وأن تكون مؤهلاً قانوناً للتعاقد، وألا تكون في ولاية قضائية مقيَّدة أو خاضعة لعقوبات. قد يُقيَّد الوصول وفق القانون.

4. Accounts & verification٤. الحسابات والتحقّق

You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وإكمال التحقّق من الهوية (KYC). أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.

5. No investment advice٥. لا تقديم لمشورة استثمارية

WealEx provides execution, custody and access only. We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice and do not recommend any asset. All decisions are your own.تقدّم ويلكس التنفيذ والحفظ والوصول فقط. لا نقدّم مشورة استثمارية أو قانونية أو ضريبية ولا نوصي بأي أصل. جميع القرارات قراراتك أنت.

6. Risks٦. المخاطر

Virtual assets are volatile and may lose value, including all of their value. You accept these risks.الأصول الافتراضية متقلّبة وقد تفقد قيمتها، بما في ذلك كامل قيمتها. أنت تقبل هذه المخاطر.

7. Acceptable use٧. الاستخدام المقبول

You may not use the services for unlawful activity, money laundering, market abuse, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts to comply with the law.لا يجوز استخدام الخدمات لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو غسل أموال أو تلاعب بالسوق أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين. قد نوقف الحسابات امتثالاً للقانون.

8. Fees & taxes٨. الرسوم والضرائب

Applicable fees are disclosed before you transact. You are responsible for your own taxes.تُفصَح الرسوم المطبَّقة قبل تنفيذ معاملتك. أنت مسؤول عن ضرائبك الخاصة.

9. Limitation of liability٩. حدود المسؤولية

To the extent permitted by law, WealEx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل ويلكس مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو الخسائر الناتجة عن تحرّكات السوق أو خدمات أطراف ثالثة أو أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

10. Governing law & contact١٠. القانون الحاكم والتواصل

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE and the VARA framework. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
